1 3 #1. Page 4, line 16, by striking the figure
1 4 "3,563,943" and inserting the following: "4,163,943".
1 5 #2. Page 4, by inserting after line 17 the
1 6 following:
1 7 "Sec. . FUNDING FOR IOWACCESS. Notwithstanding
1 8 section 321A.3, subsection 1, for the fiscal year
1 9 beginning July 1, 2000, and ending June 30, 2001, the
1 10 first $1,000,000 collected and transferred by the
1 11 department to the treasurer of state with respect to
1 12 the fees for transactions involving the furnishing of
1 13 a certified abstract of a vehicle operating record
1 14 under section 321A.3, subsection 1, shall be
1 15 transferred to the IowAccess revolving fund created in
1 16 section 18.187 and administered by the division of
1 17 information technology services of the department of
1 18 general services for the purposes of developing,
1 19 implementing, maintaining, and expanding electronic
1 20 access to government records in accordance with the
1 21 requirements set forth in chapter 18, division VII."
