  1  3    #1.  Page 21, by striking lines 34 and 35 and
  1  4 inserting the following:  "mental illness under the
  1  5 medical assistance program, using county funding as a
  1  6 match for the federal funding except for individuals
  1  7 with state case status, for whom state funding shall
  1  8 provide the match."
