  1  1    Amend Senate File 2435 as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate as follows:
  1  3    #1.  By striking page 6, line 35, through page 7,
  1  4 line 1.
  1  5    #2.  Page 38, by inserting after line 2 the
  1  6 following:
  1  7    "   .  Of the funds appropriated in this section,
  1  8 $731,000 shall be used for child abuse prevention
  1  9 grants and the department shall provide this
  1 10 allocation by reducing the amount that would otherwise
  1 11 be available for distribution to child welfare funding
  1 12 decategorization projects."
  1 13    #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
