  1  2 reprinted by the House, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 16 through 25 and
  1  4 inserting the following:  "contained in the student's
  1  5 education records."
  1  6    #2.  Page 2, by striking lines 1 through 3 and
  1  7 inserting the following:  "student's grades or any
  1  8 correlation between student grades and violations of a
  1  9 federal, state, or local law, or institutional rule or
  1 10 policy governing the use or possession of alcohol or a
  1 11 controlled substance except as otherwise provided by
  1 12 the law.  The results".
  1 13    #3.  By renumbering, relettering, or redesignating
  1 14 and correcting internal references as necessary.
