1 3 #1. Page 1, by inserting after line 12 the
1 4 following:
1 5 "Sec. . IOWA LOTTERY LICENSEE COMPENSATION
1 6 STUDY AND REPORT. The Iowa lottery board shall review
1 7 its policy regarding the compensation of licensees
1 8 selling lottery products. During its review, the Iowa
1 9 lottery board shall consider compensation options
1 10 including, but not limited to, awarding a licensee a
1 11 share or percentage of the winnings from lottery
1 12 products sold by the licensee. The Iowa lottery board
1 13 shall prepare a report of its findings and submit the
1 14 report to the general assembly pursuant to section
1 15 7A.11, subsection 2, not later than December 1, 2000."
1 16 #2. Title page, line 2, by inserting after the
1 17 words "the lottery" the following: "and providing for
1 18 a policy review".
1 19 #3. By renumbering as necessary.
