  1  3    #1.  Page 2, by inserting after line 21 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "3A.  This section shall not be construed to
  1  6 require a third-party payor under a policy or contract
  1  7 to provide benefits for any drugs or devices which are
  1  8 used after conception for the termination of a
  1  9 pregnancy."
