  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-8361, to House File 2530, as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, line 3, by striking the words "or
  1  4 county government entity" and inserting the following:
  1  5 ", within the city's corporate limits, or a county
  1  6 governmental entity, in unincorporated areas,".
  1  7    #2.  Page 1, by inserting after line 3 the
  1  8 following:
  1  9    "#   .  Page 84, line 30, by striking the words
  1 10 "its jurisdiction" and inserting the following:  "the
  1 11 jurisdiction of the city or county governmental
  1 12 entity"."
