  1  3    #1.  Page 16, line 33, by striking the word "four-
  1  4 year" and inserting the following:  "three-year".
  1  5    #2.  Page 16, by striking lines 34 and 35 and
  1  6 inserting the following:  "terms as designated by the
  1  7 governor.  The governor shall appoint a member as the
  1  8 chairperson of the advisory council from the
  1  9 membership of the advisory council."
  1 10    #3.  Page 17, line 1, by striking the words "of the
  1 11 board."
