  1  2    #1.  Page 21, by inserting after line 17 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "It is the intent of the general assembly that the
  1  5 state fire marshal's office should not be liable for
  1  6 claims against the state arising from a failure by the
  1  7 state fire marshal's office to conduct an inspection
  1  8 due to insufficient resources and staffing."
