  1  2    #1.  Page 38, line 12, by striking the word and
  1  3 figure "and 12" and inserting the following:  ", 12,
  1  4 and 14".
  1  5    #2.  Page 38, by inserting after line 25 the
  1  6 following:
  1  7    "14.  For the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1999
  1  8 2000, and ending June 30, 2000 2001, to the department
  1  9 of education from phase III moneys the amount of fifty
  1 10 thousand dollars for the Iowa mathematics and science
  1 11 coalition and the amount of ten thousand dollars for
  1 12 purposes of providing grants to support qualifying
  1 13 teams for a worldwide academic competition."
