  1  2 as amended, passed, and reprinted by the Senate, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 1, line 12, by striking the words
  1  5 "deliver in person" and inserting the following:
  1  6 "serve".
  1  7    #2.  Page 1, line 15, by inserting after the word
  1  8 "meeting" the following:  "in the same manner that
  1  9 notice of the meeting was served".
