1 3 #1. Page 1, by inserting before line 1 the
1 4 following:
1 5 "Section 1. Section 217.30, subsection 4,
1 6 paragraph b, Code 1999, is amended to read as follows:
1 7 b. Confidential information described in
1 8 subsection 1, paragraphs "a," "b", and "c", shall be
1 9 disclosed to public officials, for use in connection
1 10 with their official duties relating to law
1 11 enforcement, audits and other purposes directly
1 12 connected with the administration of such programs,
1 13 upon written application to and with approval of the
1 14 director or the director's designee. Confidential
1 15 information described in subsection 1 paragraphs "a",
1 16 "b", and "c", shall also be disclosed to public
1 17 officials, for use in connection with their official
1 18 duties relating to the support and protection of
1 19 children and families, upon written application to and
1 20 with the approval of the director or the director's
1 21 designee."
1 22 #2. Page 1, line 9, by inserting after the figure
1 23 "280.25." the following: "The disclosure shall only
1 24 include identifying information that is necessary to
1 25 fulfill the purpose of the disclosure."
1 26 #3. Title page, by striking line 2 and inserting
1 27 the following: ", child abuse records, or other
1 28 information."
1 29 #4. By renumbering as necessary.
