  1  1    Amend Senate File 2411, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 55, by inserting after line 21 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "Sec.    .  APPLICABILITY.  Section 97B.51,
  1  6 subsection 1, paragraph "d", subparagraph (2), as
  1  7 enacted in section 51 of this Act, shall be applicable
  1  8 on or after July 1, 2001."
  1  9    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
