  1  2    #1.  Page 41, line 10, by inserting after the
  1  3 figure "5" the following:  ", so long as the increase
  1  4 in its unbundled distribution service rates is not
  1  5 offset by decreases in other costs or increases in
  1  6 revenues due to sales increases".
  1  7    #2.  Page 41, line 14, by inserting after the word
  1  8 "jurisdiction" the following:  ", so long as the
  1  9 increase in its unbundled distribution service rates
  1 10 is not offset by decreases in other costs or increases
  1 11 in revenues due to sales increases".
