  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-8342, to Senate File 419, as
  1  2 amended, passed, and reprinted by the Senate, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 1, by striking line 12 and inserting the
  1  5 following:   "subsection 9, paragraph "j".  Fees shall
  1  6 be established in an amount sufficient to fully offset
  1  7 the costs of certification pursuant to this
  1  8 subsection."
