  1  6    #3.  Page 9, by inserting after line 29, the
  1  7 following:
  1  8    "Of the funds appropriated in this subsection, not
  1  9 more than $77,000 and one full-time equivalent
  1 10 position may be used for the administration of the
  1 11 world food prize."
  1 12    #4.  Page 10, line 6, by striking the figure
  1 13 "120,598" and inserting the following:  "140,598".
