  1  1    Amend Senate File 2276, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 4, by striking lines 28 and 29 and
  1  4 inserting the following:
  1  5    "Sec.    .  Section 903A.5, Code Supplement 1999,
  1  6 is amended to read as follows:
  1  7    903A.5  TIME TO BE SERVED – CREDIT."
  1  8    #2.  Page 5, by inserting after line 26 the
  1  9 following:
  1 10    "An inmate shall not receive credit upon the
  1 11 inmate's sentence for time spent in custody in another
  1 12 state resisting return to Iowa following an escape, or
  1 13 for time served.  However, an inmate may receive
  1 14 credit upon the inmate's sentence while incarcerated
  1 15 in an institution or jail of another jurisdiction
  1 16 during any period of time the person is receiving
  1 17 credit upon a sentence of that other jurisdiction, if
  1 18 ordered by the court at the time of the inmate's
  1 19 sentence."
