  1  1    Amend House File 2545 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 3, by inserting after line 16 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "A member of the general assembly may donate the
  1  5 laptop computer assigned to the member to the banking
  1  6 division of the department of commerce.  Upon written
  1  7 request of a legislator, the chief clerk of the house
  1  8 or secretary of the senate, as applicable, shall
  1  9 provide for the transfer of the laptop computer as
  1 10 requested."
