  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-8334, to House File 2514 as

  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 1 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "#   .  By striking page 1, line 34 through page 2,
  1  6 line 32."
  1  7    #2.  Page 1, by striking lines 10 through 12 and
  1  8 inserting the following:
  1  9    "#   .  Page 4, by striking lines 11 through 13 and
  1 10 inserting the following:
  1 11    "2.  Rules shall be adopted by the board pursuant
  1 12 to chapter 17A and section 148C.7 governing the
  1 13 practice of licensed physician assistants."
  1 14    #   .  Page 5, line 10, by striking the word and
  1 15 figures "148C.2, 148C.5A, 148C.6A, and 148C.7" and
  1 16 inserting the following:  "148C.5A, and 148C.6A"."
  1 17    #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
