  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-8294, to House File 2366, as

  1  3    #1.  Page 1, line 17, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "information." the following:  "In addition to any
  1  5 other distribution pursuant to this subsection, a copy
  1  6 of the summary shall also be provided by the hospital
  1  7 or other institution to every inpatient psychiatric
  1  8 patient upon discharge from the hospital or other
  1  9 institution."
