1 7 farming operations shall take free of a security
1 8 interest created by the seller, even though the
1 9 security interest is perfected and the buyer knows of

1 11 b. Except as provided in this paragraph, a buyer
1 12 who is not engaged in farming operations who buys farm
1 13 products from a seller engaged in farming operations".
