  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-8277, to House File 2426 as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, line 44, by striking the words "or
  1  4 serious" and inserting the following:  ", serious, or
  1  5 aggravated".
  1  6    #2.  Page 1, line 45, by inserting after the word
  1  7 "misdemeanor," the following:  "or class "D" felony,".
  1  8    #3.  Page 1, line 49, by striking the words "or
  1  9 aggravated misdemeanor" and inserting the following:
  1 10 "or aggravated misdemeanor, or class "D" felony".
  1 11    #4.  By renumbering as necessary.
