  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 12 the

  1  4    "Sec.    .  Section 99E.10, subsection 1,
  1  5 unnumbered paragraph 2, Code Supplement 1999, is
  1  6 amended to read as follows:
  1  7    Lottery expenses for marketing, educational, and
  1  8 informational material shall not exceed four three
  1  9 percent of the lottery revenue."
  1 10    #2.  Title page, line 1, by inserting after the
  1 11 word "to" the following:  "expenses of, and".
