1 3 inserting the following: "inspection or unless in the

1 5 evident to the inspector. Upon arrival".
1 6 #2. Page 2, by inserting after line 14, the
1 7 following:
1 8 "1A. The department of inspections and appeals
1 9 shall convene an advisory committee of stakeholders to
1 10 monitor the development and ongoing refinement of the
1 11 criteria to be used in conducting a quality-based
1 12 inspection system. The advisory committee shall
1 13 consult with the department of inspections and appeals
1 14 regarding the ongoing distribution of the most current
1 15 criteria to all appropriate stakeholders."
1 16 #3. By renumbering as necessary.
