  1  4 enterprise must produce all of the following:
  1  5    a.  Embryos or oocytes for use in animal
  1  6 implantation.
  1  7    b.  Blood, milk, or urine for use in the
  1  8 manufacture of pharmaceuticals or nutriceuticals.
  1  9    c.  Cells, tissues, or organs for use in animal or
  1 10 human transplantation."
