1 4 "Sec. . APPLICATIONS. A person who retired
1 5 from a school district or accredited nonpublic school
1 6 located in Iowa while holding a valid practitioner's
1 7 license prior to July 1, 2000, shall have until July
1 8 1, 2001, to apply to the board for a permanent
1 9 substitute teacher license."
1 10 #2. Page 1, by striking lines 17 through 20 and
1 11 inserting the following: "immediate importance, takes
1 12 effect upon enactment."
1 13 #3. Title page, by striking lines 2 and 3 and
1 14 inserting the following: "substitute teacher license
1 15 and providing an effective date."
1 16 #4. By renumbering as necessary.
