  1  1    Amend House File 2229 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  By striking everything after the enacting
  1  3 clause and inserting the following:
  1  4    "Section 1.  NEW SECTION.  146A.1  TITLE.
  1  5    This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the
  1  6 "Woman's Right to Know Act".
  1  7    Sec. 2.  NEW SECTION.  146A.2  VOLUNTARY AND
  1  8 INFORMED CONSENT.
  1  9    An abortion shall not be performed in this state
  1 10 without the voluntary and informed consent of the
  1 11 patient upon whom the abortion is to be performed."
  1 12    #2.  Title page, by striking line 2 and inserting
  1 13 the following:  "abortion."
