  1  2    #1.  Page 3, by inserting after line 11 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "7A.  A group policy is exempt from this section
  1  5 upon submission to the commissioner of evidence
  1  6 demonstrating a premium increase for the policy term
  1  7 in excess of three percent as a result of the
  1  8 requirements of this section."
  1  9    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
