1 2 #1. Page 14, by inserting after line 3 the
1 3 following:
1 4 "Sec. 100. 1994 Iowa Acts, chapter 1091, section
1 5 13, is amended by striking the section and inserting
1 6 in lieu thereof the following:
1 7 SEC. 13. Section 256.11, subsection 9, Code
1 8 Supplement 1993, is amended by striking the
1 9 subsection."
1 10 #2. Page 14, by inserting before line 4 the
1 11 following:
1 12 "Sec. ___. APPLICABILITY. Section 100 of this Act
1 13 applies retroactively to July 1, 1994. However,
1 14 notwithstanding any provision to the contrary, the
1 15 requirements contained in section 256.11, subsection
1 16 9A, Code Supplement 1993, shall not apply during the
1 17 period beginning July 1, 1994, and ending June 30,
1 18 2000."
