  1  2    #1.  Page 3, by striking lines 20 through 22 and
  1  3 inserting the following:  "executed, a brochure
  1  4 approved by the commissioner shall be provided to
  1  5 every prospective renter.  The brochure shall be
  1  6 written in an easy to understand, plain, and concise
  1  7 manner and shall include all of the following
  1  8 information:"
