  1  2    #1.  Page 12, by inserting after line 12 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "None of the funds appropriated in this subsection
  1  5 shall be used for the acquisition of land by
  1  6 condemnation for recreational trail projects or for
  1  7 recreational trail projects on land acquired by
  1  8 condemnation on or after the effective date of this
  1  9 section of this Act."
