1 2 #1. Page 2, by striking lines 23 through 26 and
1 3 inserting the following:
1 4 "d. Of the amount appropriated in this subsection
1 5 for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1999, $200,000
1 6 shall be used for the restoration of buildings which
1 7 were designed by Frank Lloyd Wright and are listed on
1 8 the national register of historic places and on the
1 9 list of the top ten most endangered structures in the
1 10 state by the Iowa historic preservation alliance, and
1 11 up to $200,000 may be used by the department for major
1 12 maintenance on facilities under the purview of the
1 13 department."
