  1  1    Amend Senate File 136, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 14, by striking line 3 and inserting the
  1  4 following:  "Beginning with For the fiscal year years
  1  5 beginning July 1, 1997, and July 1, 1998,".
  1  6    #2.  Page 14, line 6, by inserting after the word
  1  7 "division." the following:  "Beginning with the fiscal
  1  8 year beginning July 1, 1999, there is appropriated
  1  9 annually from the general fund of the state four
  1 10 million dollars to refund the credits allowed under
  1 11 this division."
