1 5 "8A. NOTICES. All notices of termination or
1 6 nonrenewal required by this chapter shall satisfy all
1 7 of the following:
1 8 a. Be in writing.
1 9 b. Be posted by registered, certified, or other
1 10 receipted mail, delivered by telegram, or personally
1 11 delivered to the franchisee.
1 12 c. Contain a statement of intent to terminate or
1 13 not renew the franchise, together with the reasons for
1 14 such termination or nonrenewal.
1 15 d. Include the effective date of such termination,
1 16 nonrenewal, or expiration."
1 17 #2. By renumbering as necessary.
