  1  3    #1.  Page 13, by inserting after line 32 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "11A.  LIMITATIONS ON TERMS AND CONDITIONS.  A
  1  6 franchisor shall not provide any term or condition in
  1  7 any lease or other agreement ancillary or collateral
  1  8 to a franchise, which term or condition directly or
  1  9 indirectly violates this section."
