  1  2 reprinted by the Senate as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 5, line 29, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "Act" the following:  "and who have been assessed to
  1  5 be a "moderate-risk" or "high-risk"".
  1  6    #2.  Page 5, by striking lines 31 and 32, and
  1  7 inserting the following:  "1999, and who have been
  1  8 assessed to be a "moderate-risk" or "high-risk" and
  1  9 whose opportunity to request a hearing regarding the
  1 10 assessment".
