  1  1    Amend Senate File 460, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 24, by inserting before line 9 the
  1  4 following:  "Any fees collected for biennial reports,
  1  5 exceeding the first 57,000 reports, filed with the
  1  6 office of secretary of state may be retained by the
  1  7 secretary of state and expended to process reports and
  1  8 carry out related activities in the business services
  1  9 division."
