  1  6    #2.  Page 18, by striking line 10 and inserting the
  1  7 following:  "division and shall consist of moneys
  1  8 collected by the division as".
  1  9    #3.  Page 18, line 12, by striking the word "board"
  1 10 and inserting the following:  "division".

  1 21    #8.  Page 23, by striking lines 28 through 31 and
  1 22 inserting the following:
  1 23    "Sec.    .  DIRECTIONS TO IOWACCESS ADVISORY
  1 24 COUNCIL.  The IowAccess advisory council established
  1 25 pursuant to executive order number 66 signed May 21,
  1 26 1998, shall by no later than October 15, 1999, develop
  1 27 and make a written recommendation to the legislative
  1 28 oversight committee concerning the establishment of a
  1 29 permanent governing board for IowAccess and the
  1 30 implementation of a fee-for-service-based model of
  1 31 operation for the IowAccess network."
  1 32    #9.  Page 24, line 3, by striking the words and
  1 33 figure "not to exceed $800,000".
  1 34    #10.  By renumbering as necessary.
