  1  1    Amend Senate File 405, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 3, line 3, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "barred." the following:  "However, this section does
  1  5 not bar claims, if insurance coverage is provided or
  1  6 applicable for year 2000 problems, to the extent of
  1  7 the insurance coverage.  Claims based upon insurance
  1  8 coverage against a person provided protections under
  1  9 this section shall be brought within the statute of
  1 10 limitations for such claims as otherwise provided by
  1 11 law."
