1 3 #1. Page 6, by inserting before line 29 the
1 4 following:
1 5 "Sec. ____. ADOPT-A-HIGHWAY PAMPHLETS. The state
1 6 department of transportation shall design pamphlets
1 7 that inform and educate sponsors and prospective
1 8 sponsors of the adopt-a-highway program regarding the
1 9 possible dangers of eligible activities which may be
1 10 conducted by a sponsor and regarding measures which
1 11 could prevent or minimize harm to the environment or
1 12 to an individual participating in such activities.
1 13 The department shall distribute the pamphlets to
1 14 sponsors and prospective sponsors of the adopt-a-
1 15 highway program."
1 16 #2. By renumbering as necessary.
