1 13 "(4) The original of each life insurance policy
1 14 removed from the safe deposit box shall be sent by
1 15 registered or certified mail or personally delivered
1 16 to a named beneficiary under the policy. If the
1 17 residences of all beneficiaries named in a life
1 18 insurance policy are unknown or if the last known
1 19 beneficiaries in a life insurance policy are not in
1 20 this state, the life insurance policy shall be placed
1 21 back in the safe deposit box."
