  1  1    Amend Senate File 189, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 7, line 22, by inserting after the words
  1  4 "a fine." the following:  "However, the court may
  1  5 waive the requirement for payment of a mandatory fine
  1  6 of two hundred fifty dollars or greater if the court
  1  7 finds that the payment of the fine would create an
  1  8 undue burden on the person's family."
