  1  2    #1.  Page 51, by striking lines 29 through 31 and
  1  3 inserting the following:
  1  4    "h.  Beginning July 1, 1999, the reimbursement rate
  1  5 for dental services shall be no less than 90 percent
  1  6 of the usual, customary fees for such services, based
  1  7 on comparable benefit levels of state employees."
