1 4 "Sec. 100. DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES –
1 5 GENERAL FUND SICK LEAVE PAYOUT. There is appropriated
1 6 from the general fund of the state to the department
1 7 of natural resources for the fiscal year beginning
1 8 July 1, 1998, and ending June 30, 1999, the following
1 9 amount, or so much thereof as is necessary, to be used
1 10 for the purpose designated:
1 11 For the value of sick leave payout that needs to be
1 12 paid out due to retirement of personnel in the parks
1 13 and preserves division:
1 14 .................................................. $ 200,000
1 15 Sec. 200. DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES – FISH
1 16 AND GAME PROTECTION FUND SICK LEAVE PAYOUT. There is
1 17 appropriated from the state fish and game protection
1 18 fund created in section 456A.17 to the department of
1 19 natural resources for the fiscal year beginning July
1 20 1, 1998, and ending June 30, 1999, the following
1 21 amount, or so much thereof as is necessary, to be used
1 22 for the purpose designated:
1 23 For the value of sick leave pay that needs to be
1 24 paid out due to retirement of personnel in the fish
1 25 and wildlife division:
1 26 .................................................. $ 150,000"

1 28 following:
1 29 " . Section 100, relating to department of
1 30 natural resources general fund sick leave payout.
