  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-1278, to Senate File 407, as
  1  2 passed by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by inserting before line 3 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "#____.  Page 1, by inserting before line 1 the
  1  6 following:
  1  7    "Section 1.  Section 321G.1, subsection 1, Code
  1  8 1999, is amended by adding the following new
  1  9 unnumbered paragraph:
  1 10    NEW UNNUMBERED PARAGRAPH.  Two-wheeled off-road
  1 11 motorcycles shall be considered all-terrain vehicles
  1 12 only for the purpose of titling and registration and
  1 13 not for purposes of regulation.""
  1 14    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
