  1  1    Amend House File 760 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 19, by inserting after line 23 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "13.  The nonfederal share of moneys refunded to
  1  5 the department from the managed mental health and
  1  6 substance abuse care plan shall be credited to this
  1  7 medical assistance appropriation.  Up to $350,000 of
  1  8 the refunded moneys may be transferred to be used as
  1  9 matching funds for a children's mental health grant
  1 10 managed by the division of mental health and
  1 11 developmental disabilities."
