  1  1    Amend Senate File 429, as passed by the Senate, as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, line 13, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "after" the following:  "service of the".
  1  5    #2.  Page 2, by striking lines 27 through 29 and
  1  6 inserting the following:  "cancellation of the lien.
  1  7 Upon the filing of the demand with the required
  1  8 attachments, the clerk of the district court shall
  1  9 mail a file-stamped copy of the demand to both
  1 10 parties."
