  1  1    Amend Senate File 313, as passed by the Senate, as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, line 9, by striking the words "this
  1  4 section" and inserting the following:  "this
  1  5 producers, sellers, and distributors of purple
  1  6 loosestrife (lythrum virgatum) shall have until
  1  7 January 1, 2002, to deplete stock of purple
  1  8 loosestrife (lythrum virgatum) and purple loosestrife
  1  9 (lythrum virgatum) seeds existing on the effective
  1 10 date of this Act.  This section".
