  1  1    Amend Senate File 449, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 2, by inserting after line 18 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "   .  At least fifty percent of the center's
  1  6 activities and services to persons who are legal
  1  7 immigrants or foreign nationals shall be provided to
  1  8 persons with low income or shall be offered without
  1  9 charge."
  1 10    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
