1 9 "b. Each dollar appropriated in this section for
1 10 use as provided in paragraph "a" that remains
1 11 unexpended because it is not matched by a dollar
1 12 contributed by a nonstate source as required in that
1 13 paragraph, shall be used for the purpose of supporting
1 14 research to manage or eradicate porcine reproductive
1 15 and respiratory syndrome. However, each dollar
1 16 remaining from the appropriation for use as provided
1 17 in this paragraph shall not be expended unless it is
1 18 matched by one dollar contributed by a nonstate
1 19 source."
